Evidence-based care for developing minds
I am a licensed professional counselor with over 14 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I began my career working in school settings, where I developed a strong foundation in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and social-emotional difficulties. I have a strong background in early childhood education and special education. I now provide outpatient therapy services that are collaborative, strength-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, build practical coping skills, and experience meaningful, lasting change.
